We are a Small company who have been based in our current W1 serviced building for over 8 years. Due to our current location undergoing refurbishment later in the year we are now looking to secure a new Office premises. The main criteria of our search are the following:

· 6 –8 man Office with meeting room facilities and should be well appointed

· Broadband, separate phone lines, good access

· Nicely appointed, with tea & coffee making facilities

· Serviced preferred but un-serviced also considered.

· Cost no more than 2.5k + VAT per month

· Minimum of 2+ year lease

· Locations considered: W1, SW1, SW7, SW3

· Happy to hear from private landlords & estate agents
